Quest rules

-Max HP increased by 100% -Only fire elemental Unison attacks are allowed. -Reuse of Unison attacks is restricted. *Unison attacks will not be reusable even if all Monsters have used one. -No continues are allowed. During the boss wave, the following "Savage Soul - Seiran" debuff effects will be applied: -Attack Ability accuracy decreased by 30%. -Critical hit chance reduced to zero.

Storm Incarnate (Pre-Ibaraki)

Target: all players. When active, attack Ability accuracy is reduced by 30%, critical hit chance is nullified, max HP is increased by 100%, and only fire elemental Unison attacks are allowed.

Storm Incarnate (1-2 Wave)

When active, max HP is increased by 100% and only fire elemental Unison attacks are allowed.
