Applies Insanity for 40 seconds with a success value of 110. -Target: all enemies. Applies Support Penalty for 40 seconds with a success value of 90. -Target: all enemies. Applies Constriction. The next Ability used will change from targeting all to a single target (except for certain Abilities). -Target: all enemies. Removes 50 Cost. -Target: yourself. Applies Barracks for 120 seconds (When in effect, damage to HP and CP will not be taken; [Special] increases all stats by 100%; [Special] increases critical hit chance by 100%; [Special] increases physical/magic attack Ability success value by 40; [Special] reduces cooldown time by 50%.
