Applies Provoke (target will only be able to select your character when using an Ability against enemies) for 10 seconds. Reduces the action speed of the target NPC by 20 for 10 seconds. Reduces Cost recovery speed by 5 for 10 seconds. Reduces your physical and magic damage taken by 30% for 5 seconds.
